To eliminate any confusion, we ensure that our contract-of-sale terms and conditions are fair and clearly set out

And just in case you change your mind, our cancellation policy will be made clear to you

Your home purchase will be covered by the NHBC Buildmark Warranty or the LABC Warranty and so that you fully understand how that works, we will provide you with reliable information regarding this and any other guarantees and warranties from which you may benefit

Following payment of your fully protected exchange deposit, we advise that you seek a professional legal advisor who can fulfil the formalities of buying your home and to represent your interests

We will provide you with the most accurate timings possible regarding the construction of your home, legal completion and handover. Once your completion date has been confirmed we can then demonstrate your new home to you

Should there be any reason for complaint about our purchasing process, our team will make sure that the after-sales, customer service procedures and processes are explained to you in full.
